Senator Wilken, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived             
on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 323(FIN) An Act relating to the                       
calculation of employee contributions and credited service in the              
public employees retirement system for noncertificated employees of            
school districts, regional educational attendance areas, the Alaska            
Vocational Technical Center, and state boarding schools; and                   
providing for an effective date. Without objection, the bill was               
referred to the Finance Committee.
